El Camos 06 158 is conceived and designed to meet the needs of riders looking for a snowboard dedicated to "free carving" on the track with "soft" shoes and bindings.
A new snowboard category that aims to give the best cornering sensations with the comfort and sensitivity of soft shoes, a category that until now was only satisfied by hard-to-find prototype boards.
The "shape" of the board is a mix between a traditional Hard board combined with a greater width in the center sized for soft attacks, an evolution of the boardercross boards but dedicated to pure fun in the curve sequences. It is completed with a constant radius sidecut and a "nose" with rocker that facilitates corner entry and makes riding safe, the tip thus shaped decreases friction and has the particular characteristic of making the board very smooth on the edge during cornering driving.
The precious materials used for the construction, high modulus graphite sole and steel edges (reporting the same material as the skis) make the snowboard fast, the carbon thread reinforcements enhance the reactivity, while the insertion of rubber from tip to tail minimizes vibrations enhancing the harmony of the flex derived from the radial structure of the wood.
Thanks to the small sidecut radius and the typical flex of the radial core, the 158 is a very easy board to ride.
